Molly

I visited my neighboring dairy farm in Cabot, Vt. Molly Brook Farm is one of the fewer farms milking Jerseys. They are my favorite cow, warm dark eyes and social dispositions. I realized my one daVinci flat is scratching my paper when it gets softened with a lot of water. The metal is wrapped around the brush in a way that is touching the paper. Not sure what I’ll do with this painting but at least now I know why it’s happening. I included my value study which is helpful to me to do before starting the color version.
